Who We Are
We are Northern Shirt Company, a friendly one-stop-shop for screen printing, embroidery, and design. We would love to help you represent your business, your team, and your customers with confidence. As artists and producers, we are personally invested in how each project turns out.
Order Minimums
Our minimum order for custom garments is 20 pieces per design. We can handle smaller orders but there are restrictions as to how many colors and placements can be used on your garment.
Our Timing
Our standard turnaround time is roughly 2 weeks. Rush service is available under certain conditions and at an additional cost. We aim to under promise and over deliver!
Availability
From time to time garments can go out-of-stock during the planning and design process.
We will make every reasonable attempt to let you know if a product is no longer available and offer a comparable substitution.
Maximum Colors
For garment printing we can currently print up to 6 colors. Please be advised that there is a screen charge per color used and the higher the number of colors used in the design, the higher your minimum quantity will likely be.
Payment
We accept checks, credit cards, and PayPal/Venmo.
We require payment in full (of your finalized quote) when you pick your order up, or upon delivery.
Reordering
To re-order a previous job or design, just email or call us and let us know what needs to be re-printed. We will get back to you on any price changes or additional information that effects your order.
Customer Provided Goods
We are happy to provide printing on customer supplied goods. It should be noted that you may be required to provide additional items to ensure we meet your total quantity needed and we may not be able to decorate every kind of garment requested. Pricing may differ for production on customer provided goods and, in some cases, we may add a service charge. .
Northern Shirt Co. is not responsible for any uncontrollable manufacturing mishaps, such as a broken needles and machinery malfunctions etc. Northern Shirt Co. is not liable for replacement of those items.
